The Retail Sales Associate position requires the skills to build customer relationships and problem-solving by providing the best customer service possible. As a Retail Sales Associate on our team, you will:

• Welcome guests and provide knowledge and expertise throughout the buying process
• Meet and exceed sales goals monthly
• Follow up with customers in a timely fashion to ensure their experience is top-notch
• Build relationships with our customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and accessories
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain the showroom and work area
• Exhibit professionalism in all areas of business, including demeanor and dress
• Demonstrate a passion to grow
• Perform additional job functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
• Ability to move freely on the showroom floor for an extended period.
• Some heavy lifting is required.

Compensation:
Average producers earn between $40,000 to $70,000 per year
Experience: Retail Sales: 1 Year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)
